I was pleasantly surprised and so excited to hear via TikTok that Jason was expanding the business location to Perth. Hearing this news could not have come at a better time for me, as I was looking to sought a competent cleaning business locally since I was dissatisfied with recent dealings in the industry. Unfortunately, the experience I have had with two other cleaning businesses and a total of five different cleaners in only the span of several months has been nothing but negative and frustrating. Both cleaning companies displayed poor client service from admin staff and their cleaners were unprofessional, untrained, unreliable and provided an overall flawed job and outdated approach. Stacy was our cleaner and I was concerned that she might run away in fright as our house hadn’t had a decent thorough clean in sometime. With 3 kids ages 6 and down and (until recently) two large dogs booting around the house was scary. However with a heavily pregnant wife and working full time, plus being a parent, cleaning was low on the priority list. Enter Stacy. Stacy did an incredible 6 hours of deep cleaning and we couldn’t be happier. The house sparkled and was such a load off. Encrusted dust and dirt vanished and replaced by a pleasant smell of frangipani. We can’t wait to have her back and an ongoing permanent fortnightly setup with Enhanced Cleaning Services. It is an amazing thing when you get over and above what you pay for. It’s a rare thing these days.
