How does the approval process work?
Roughly, it goes like this:
- You (or someone on your behalf) ask DVA about home support.
- DVA assesses what you need.
- If domestic assistance is approved, you choose a provider.
- The provider books you in and works within your approved support.

What does a DVA clean actually include?

What's not included?

Will I get the same cleaner each time?
